Full Partnership: I personally handle all strategic decisions (hiring, systems design, key implementations). Your dedicated Ops Manager handles day-to-day execution under my oversight. You get minimum 2 check-ins per week with me.
Sprint = Solve 1-3 specific problems, 8-12 weeks, fixed fee, you keep control, zero long-term commitment.
Partnership = I take over all operations, build team, scale to $1.7M-$2.3M, profit-aligned, 12-month minimum.

I only win if you win. My incentives are 100% aligned with your growth. As company scales and team professionalizes, my profit share decreases. Goal is to exit at ~10% share when you hit $1.7M with systems running smoothly.
