For B2B Service Founders at $15K–$40K MRR

Most founders think
they have a sales problem.
They don't.

The real ceiling is operations. I fix it — and take you to $100K+/month.

Previously: $5K → $200K MRR and $15K → $120K MRR doing exactly this.

Why you're actually stuck

Your sales problem is probably
not a sales problem.

If you're stuck at $15K–$40K MRR and not growing, the instinct is to hire a salesperson, run more ads, or find a better agency. That rarely works.

At this stage, most founders are the sales team, the delivery team, and the ops team simultaneously. The business can't grow because it can't handle more without you being personally involved in everything.

More leads don't fix that. They make it worse.

What actually unlocks growth is building the operational engine that lets you deliver consistently, scale the team, and step out of execution — so that when sales come in, the business doesn't break.

Book a Call — I'll diagnose your real constraint
Diagnose yourself in 60 seconds
1
If 10 new clients signed tomorrow, could your team deliver without it falling apart?
2
If you disappeared for 2 weeks, would the business keep running?
3
Is your team hitting targets without you managing every detail?
If the answer to any of these is no — you have an operations problem. That's exactly what I solve.

I'm selective. Here's the honest filter.

I take 3 Sprint clients and 1–2 Partnership clients at a time. This is the filter I use — and the one you should use before booking a call.

✓ We're probably a fit
You're doing $15K–$40K MRR and actively growing
You're spending more time in delivery than in driving growth
You have clients, but delivery quality dips when you step back

You want an operator who executes, not a consultant who advises
✕ We're probably not a fit
Your problem is not enough leads or you can't close deals
You're pre-revenue or under $15K MRR — too early for this engagement
You want someone to advise you but keep final say on everything

About

I'm an operator.
Not a consultant.

Consultants give you recommendations and leave. I embed directly in your business, build the systems, hire and train the people, and own the operational outcomes — then hand it off when it runs without me.

I built the BOSS Framework — a 6-dimension diagnostic that locates the exact operational ceiling in any service business. It's not theory. It's what I used at R2G Digital and Ride The Wave, and what I'll use with you.

Scaled R2G Digital $15K → $120K MRR (8× in 10 months) as embedded COO
Scaled Ride The Wave $5K → $220K MRR (44× in 19 months) starting with a 4-week Sprint

Hired, trained, and handed off complete ops teams — managers, delivery leads, hiring systems — that run independently after exit

Objections Answered

Questions you're probably thinking.

How does profit share actually work — am I paying 20% of my revenue?
No. It's 20–30% of net profit only — not revenue, not gross margin. Net profit. If your business does $30K MRR with 15% net margins, your net profit is $4,500. My share is 20–30% of that $4,500 — between $900–$1,350/month. As the business scales and I transition out, my percentage reduces toward ~10%. The intent is that you make far more than you pay me, every single month.
Do I work with you personally, or get handed to a team?
+
Sprint: You work directly with me, 15–20 hours/week. No ops manager, no delegation — just me embedded in your business.

Full Partnership: I personally handle all strategic decisions — hiring, systems design, key implementations. A dedicated Ops Manager handles day-to-day execution under my oversight. You get a minimum of 2 direct check-ins per week with me.
What's the difference between Sprint and Partnership?
+
Sprint = Solve 1–3 specific problems. 8–12 weeks. Fixed fee. You keep control. Zero long-term commitment. It's a test drive — ideal if you want proof before a bigger commitment.

Partnership = I take over all operations, build your team, and scale the business to $100K+/month. 12-month minimum, profit-share aligned. The goal is your business running without me by the time I exit.

35% of Sprint clients convert to Full Partnership after seeing results — because they had confidence before committing.
Why profit share instead of a fixed monthly retainer?
+
Because my incentives need to be 100% aligned with your growth — not with billable hours. A flat retainer rewards showing up. Profit share rewards results.

As the business scales and the team becomes more self-sufficient, the percentage I take reduces — down to ~10% by exit. The intent is that you make significantly more than you pay me, every month of the engagement.
My main problem right now is sales. Can you still help?
+
Possibly — but only if the root cause is operational. If your delivery is inconsistent, your team can't handle more clients, or you're too stuck in execution to focus on sales — those are ops problems wearing a sales costume.

Here's the test: if I gave you 15 hours back per week by taking over your operations, would you know exactly what to do with those hours to grow?

If yes → we're probably a fit. If no → you need a sales or marketing person, not an ops person. I'll be honest on the discovery call either way.
What if the Sprint doesn't deliver results?
+
You keep everything we built — all systems, documentation, SOPs, and processes. The Sprint is structured to de-risk for both of us. That's why it exists.

If it doesn't work out, you walk away with working operational assets and no hard feelings. That's also why 35% of Sprint clients convert to Full Partnership voluntarily — they see results first, then commit.
How do I know if Sprint or Partnership is right for me?
+
Book a discovery call. After 30 minutes discussing your situation, I'll tell you which makes sense — or whether neither does right now. After the 7-day Operations Audit, it'll be completely clear. You never have to guess.
Do you require equity?
+
Sprint: No equity. Fixed fee only.

Full Partnership: Equity is optional (5–10%) for founders who want deeper alignment — but it's only ever discussed after Month 1 trial, never upfront. The majority of clients do profit share only with zero equity. The choice is entirely yours.
Limited availability

I take on 3 Sprint clients and 1–2 Partnership clients at a time. The discovery call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help — or who else to speak to.
